Sometimes, I still go the entire morning without eating breakfast. Drinking coffee can definitely stave your hunger (which is the normal routine for me). It’ll be 1pm, and I’m so hungry I could eat a whole cow. Thankfully, I have found one solution to the lackluster breakfast dilemma. These little nuggets of deliciousness are packed with plenty of fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals to keep you fueled all morning.

Garbanzo Bean Flour Tortillas

After attempting way too many tortilla recipes that all claimed to be bendable and easy-to-make, I was close to taking a break from my experimenting. Some recipes had as many as 5 different types of flours! That was a little much for me. I’m used to bread recipes being that intricate, but that’s BREAD! Tortillas shouldn’t be so complex, right?

Real Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread

The Search

Since going gluten and dairy-free, I’ve gone through countless recipes that claimed to be the ultimate sandwich bread. They were not. Not even close! Most of the breads would crumble easily and were way too dense. They also HAD to be toasted, otherwise the bread was inedible. Sometimes there’s no time to toast bread.
